Age and Legal Capacity

Users must be at least 18 years old and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. The Platform reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to any User who is found in breach of any provision of this Agreement.

Lawful Use

The User agrees that all interactions on the App shall be for lawful purposes only, in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Payment Terms

Payments made within or through the Platform shall be conducted via verified personal banking applications. Third-party or unauthorized payment methods are strictly prohibited.

Amendments

The Platform reserves the exclusive right to revise, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the App following such modification shall constitute conclusive acceptance of the revised terms.

Data Usage and Privacy Policy

The Platform retains User movement logs and certain activity data for a maximum period of thirty (30) days, after which the data is automatically purged. The Platform shall not be liable for any data loss following this statutory retention period.

By using the App, Users consent to this data collection and storage policy and waive any claims against the Platform in respect thereof.

Limitation of Liability

The Platform provides services on an "as is" basis. We make every effort to ensure accuracy and reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operations.
